Somehow...You and I Collide

'Somehow, you and I collide...'

This was the most beautiful phrase I've ever heard to describe two people's existense.

It was the sweetest ever, most romantic, special, touching, and unforgettable wedding I've ever attended by far. Yesterday was Jared & Dian's wedding night.

For some reasons, I ws pretty excited about Dian's wedding. As I've expected it to be a special one, knowing her unique taste and all. Her wedding was held at Palace Of The Golden Horses Hotel. Surprise started once we entered the hotel area. It was the welcoming purple balls and a pair of huge parrots made out of different flowers. We were like 'Wow'! That should be something made specially for Dian and Jared. As we approached the ballroom, we noticed all this guys and girls dressed in tuxedos and dresses, welcoming the distinguish guests.

The ballroom hall was as if turned into a carnival night. The hall was all covered with purple and white cloths. They've asked people to dress up in fancy clothes, carrying parrots, snakes, iguanas, and dogs walking around to entertain guests. Of coz, how can I not mention about some guys who cycle around to show their stunts while playing with fire. And they are all real ones! The best part of the welcoming guest part was the leaving message part. They were people stading around to help us take instant photo, then we'll have to write down some congrats message to the couple together with our photo on it. We can choose to stick as many sitckers as we want to make the card special. What a great idea to leave for memories! It's something the couple would treasure forever.

Well, the most exciting part was entering the ballroom itself. Was anticipating to see how the ballroom looks like. Gosh! It was great. It was romantic. We were seated just beside the bride and groom's table. The stage and all were covered with light purple lights. The 10 feet tall muffin cake looks like a christmas tree to me. Which was quite unique to see people use real muffins instead of dummy cakes. Every guest was given a door gift to keep as souvenirs. Theirs was a cd with their 15 favorite songs which represented their love.

Finally, Jared entered the room slowly with his sweetest newly wed wife Dian, holding tight to his arm. They're like prince charming and princess, everyone cheered for them. Believe me, she is so pretty and he looks so cute in his puzzled face. I guess they are the matchest pair I've ever seen so far. The night was filled with tears, sweet moments, touching speeches and lovely videos. The strong bond between their family members were one that touched my heart most. She has the sweetest smile yesterday, and he just couldn't keep his eyes off her for a second. Especially when she dedicated a song to him. I think he nearly melts down. His speech revolved around how much he love Dian's parents for bringing up such a gorgeous girl to his life. He said love was never his number one value in life, but after meeting her, love became his first value in life and she will be on top of his list forever. Awwwww!!! It took them almost a year to prepare the wedding, and it all pays off when the day has finally arrive.

The wedding left me with too much thoughts. Two individuals from nowhere met at this particular point, and that's what it takes to start a journey together. And they've shown what it takes and how far they went to reach this stage of life. The only word I can think of is 'Appreciate' after yesterday's wedding. Don't just let it slip away people. Remember, you are the course of love.

Ewwww, I can't believe Jared's bestman has to sucked some gula melaka liquid out of others belly button during the tea ceremony. Good idea!!!

Congrats again, Dian & Jared!

Rain...home...art...

It's until now only I understand the feelings of people who stucked in a traffic jam for hours, and finally, HOME! (Am I too late to understand it now?!)

Although I was not stuck in a jam for hours, but the pouring rain these few days is driving me crazy. After all day work, finally my boss is willing to release me from the office. All I want is to reach home asap, take my bath, enjoy my meal, and sit down like a lazy pig while watching tv. The journey back home is already far, plus the pouring rain, it somehow intimidates me.

All I can feel is darkness and loneliness while driving inside the freaking cold car. The rain is so heavy until I can't even see what's in front me. It sometimes make me feel miserable especially when the sky is fraking dark when it was just 6pm. There's this hidden fear in me...which I should not say it out here...

This few days I was so touched and happy everytime I enter my house compound. I feel relief. I feel good. And I realised how much I love my home. After a day of hard work, facing different bosses, different colleagues, the complexity of office politics, all I want is to be home after straining my brain the whole day. The art of dealing with people is never easy. So much more to learn, endless...
