Full blast
My weekend ended with a full blast...First,on friday,i started off studying at the state lib early in the morning...Only to realized that it actually worked really well coz i was able to concentrate due to the so peaceful environment, the feeling of intimidation, and of coz being away from all the high-tech distractions...First half of the study was really progressing well, only after the lunch wif Mr. Joseph,I start to realized how hard it was to concentrate again...Never leave your stomach feeling satisfied before finishing studies...It's a mistake! Then, had dinner wif hawch, joseph and val at Laksa King...huhuhu...Nice!
Attended the pr seminar on Saturday, for the whole day... *_* Was a good one though as the speakers were all in the industry and it's time to listen to more real life experience talk...As usual, dinner on a Saturday is always a highlight of the day...Went to Carnegie for Korean food,as suggested by our Limey Franco...Went 'allllll the way' there only to find out that it's Kimchi Grandma...(City has one too...)After inching him for almost 10 minutes,we finally settled down and ran straight to the menu...The food was nice though, and the inching part was just a teaser...;p
Then,on Sunday Richie and I went to Sovereign Hill...And Irene was one of the leader of the trip...Was my first time there and i think it's a place worth going...A small heritage village with it's own culture and lifestyle...It used to be a gold mine back in the 1850s...Gold Rush era!!!Most of the activities there were related to GOLD...!!!We visited the underground mine, panned for gold and sat on the horse carriage(as suggested by our lovely Richie...SOooooo nice!!!)I guess the workers there have to go through a special audition in order to be taken as part of the family coz the guys there were alll soOOooooo cute...!!!And gawd,I love their steak and mushroom pie...SssooOOoo nice...!!!Sold off in just a tick!Another highlight of the day was the porridge which Sze cooked for dinner...I think it's so yummy till i ate three big bowls...She cooked two pot of porridge, each wif different ingedients and taste...i especially like the one wif corn in it...So sweet and tasty...!!!Wat's more satisfying than having three bowls of hot porridge in a wetty and coldy nite...
What's more painful than not able to say 'Yes' to a question which you have been waiting to be asked for a long long time??!!!!Sometimes there's too much of a hesitation to be considered when it comes to making a decision where u can't afford to repeat the same mistake anymore...Lately i'm always in this feeling of wanting to see someone so badly...Whereby you just have this one person in ur heart and u just want to see this person every second...This person has this great ability to affect your emotion max...It's obviously not a pleasant feeling coz you're basically controlled by this person indirectly...I guess that's the thing which 'contributes' to my moodswing lately...
